- Can you get an exact location from a stranded caller?
- Yes. Agents follow a location script — direction of travel, last exit, mile marker, cross street or nearby business — so your driver is not guessing.
- Can you dispatch directly to our driver?
- We notify the driver by call and text in the sequence you set, and can warm-transfer the caller. Actual dispatch decisions stay yours unless you give us dispatch access.
- Can you screen motor club calls from cash calls?
- Yes. Agents ask about coverage and payment method using your rules, and can quote only from a price list you provide.
- Can you answer calls after hours?
- Yes — overnight, weekends and holidays, or full 24/7 coverage. Most towing clients need the overnight window most.
- Can you handle calls when our drivers are busy?
- Yes. That is the most common setup: calls ring your driver first and roll to EZO when unanswered.
- Can you tell whether we need a flatbed?
- We collect the details you specify — vehicle type, drivability, all-wheel drive, clearance, damage — so your dispatcher or driver makes that call with real information.
- Will callers know they reached an answering service?
- Agents answer with your company greeting. We only identify ourselves as an answering service if you ask us to.
- Can you notify our driver by text?
- Yes, with retry timing and escalation to a second driver or the owner if the first attempt is not confirmed.
